You shall export alpha containing TXDs (They have red info line under the name in TXD Workshop) only as .tga type otherwise you will lose alpha sectors (white instead of transparent).

Also some layers are wrapped by the model edges (that huge blue question on the engine for example). You can't fix that so you just have to decrease layer sizes and stay away from edges. Wrapped edges make the bike look ugly so avoid that.

I don't like the questions much but oh well, to each his own i guess
